Fantastic customer service! Our Shusher dropped and the battery clip broke. So, I went to their online store and ordered a replacement part, paid $2 for shipping. It arrived promptly, and they included a 2nd clip and a lanyard. These drops must happen often. Thank you for the awesome service!
