This product instead of relaxing my dog it would make him very anxious. The biggest problem has been getting a refund. It has been two months and my case was closed with no refund even though I returned the item weeks ago.
I really like the product but more for myself than for my dog. The rhythmic sound is not great for the reason I bought the machine which is to drown out sounds so my dog will not bark. We live in an apartment and I thought this was more of a sound machine for loud noises rather than a machine for anxiety.
Delivery provider/service left the package at unattended common area mailbox instead of at my door. Someone of course, took the box. I am working with customer service trying to resolve the matter since I still don't have the item. It seems like they need better instructions/notations section to mitigate this issue. I took time off of work to be home for the delivery and then it never arrived. Very disappointing. The delivery carrier should know better than to leave it at an common, outdoor mail box area when there are many units in a complex, 60 in my case.
I was unable to file a claim with DHL, the carrier. They refer you back to the shop/store.
I carry this in my little pup's go pack.... I play it if I have to dash in somewhere and leave her in the car. I also play it when we have thunder etc.
We love our Doggie Shusher, it made crate training a breeze!

My dog (Rottweiler), like most, absolutely hates fireworks. She shakes like a leaf, and will climb onto my lap. Nothing calms her down - until I got a Doggie Shusher. She still hates fireworks, but she is nowhere near as skittish and doesn't freak out the same. Well worth it.
I have two dogs, a 3-year-old and a 4-year-old, who are usually pretty skittish during storms and fireworks. When I first turned on the Doggie Shusher, they were super curious and sniffed around it like crazy. But now, it's like magic! As soon as I turn it on, they relax, hop onto their favorite spot on the couch, and just chill out.
