The shushers are a lifesaver for us, and the firefly and sloth work great, but the standard plastic shusher arrived broken - it has never turned on properly. I’d bought the trio pack to replace our prior standard shusher, which worked beautifully for 2 months, but then stopped working (not a battery issue - we replaced those - the shusher started making strange noises for a few days instead of shushing and then stopped working entirely). These are incredibly helpful for my 4 month old when they work, but I’ve now got 2 broken ones (with the second one arriving broken). We use the firefly every day now.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble with the original Baby Shushers — that's definitely not the experience we want you to have.
