🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping is free within the continental U.S. for orders over $35. Orders ship in 1-3 business days. You'll get tracking once your order is on its way. (Alaska & Hawaii follow standard carrier rates.)

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes - most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in original packaging. Contact us first for a return label.

🛠️ What if my Shusher product breaks?

Every Baby Shusher, Shusher Firefly, and Shusher Sloth is backed by a 1-year warranty. If it stops working as expected, just reach out and we'll replace it.

💧 Can I return Shusher Care Saline products?

For health and safety reasons, saline products are final sale - even if unopened. Nebulizers can be returned within 14 days if unopened and sealed.

⏱️ When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Banks may take a little extra time to show it.

🤝 What's your guarantee?

We guarantee our devices for 12 months against defects, and textiles (like swaddles or pacifiers) for 30 days.
