Shusher Shipping, Returns, & Guarantee 

Feel confident shopping with Shusher. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and our product guarantee. 

Shipping 

  • Free Shipping: All orders ship FREE within the continental U.S. 

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Standard carrier rates apply. 

  • Processing Time: Orders ship in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). 

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (UPS/FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes). 

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. Please allow 1–2 business days for updates. 

Returns & Refunds 

We hope you love your Shusher products, but if not, here’s how returns work: 

General Return Policy (Tumzee & most non-electronic items) 

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. 

  • Proof of purchase required. 

  • Authorized returns only (contact us first). 

  • Refunds are issued minus an $8.99 return shipping fee and 20% restocking fee. 

Exchange instead of refund? We’ll waive the restocking fee—only the $8.99 return label applies. 

Baby Shusher, Firefly & Sloth 

  • Covered under a 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. 

  • Report damages within 72 hours of delivery. 

  • If defective under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it with proof of purchase. 

Shusher Care Products 

  • Saline Solutions (ampoules, sprays, drops, wound wash): All sales are final for safety reasons—no returns or exchanges, even if unopened. 

  • Nebulizer Devices: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, unopened, and seal intact. Refunds are issued minus the $8.99 return label fee. 

Refund Timing 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. 

  • Bank/credit card processing times may vary. 

Guarantee & Warranty 

Most every Shusher device is backed by our 12-month manufacturer warranty. 

  • If your product has defects in materials or workmanship within 12 months, we’ll replace it free of charge. 

  • Textile items (e.g., swaddles, pacifiers) are guaranteed for 30 days. 

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, tampering, or damage during transport. 

  • Shipping costs are not included.
